Random Fact you probably don't care to know about me
Rules: Once you've been tagged, you are supposed to write a note blog with 25 random facts, habits, goals, or things about you. At the end, choose 25 people to be tagged. You have to tag the person who tagged you.
I got tagged by multiple people so I figured I could use a little fun. Here are 25 facts you probably don't care to know about me.
1. People misjudge me very often. Some think I'm liberal, others think I'm way too conservative, some think I'm shy, while others think I'm obnoxious. Wouldn't it be great if people would stop judging each other at all and just let people be who they are?
2. One of my talents that most people, at least on xanga, don't know about, is that I can sing. I sang in a group just recently that won first place in a competition and I've also sung solos in front of groups of people.
3. I hesitate to say this....but....no I won't.
4. I have a very cool and collected look most of the time, but if people could glimpse inside me, they would be very surprised.
5. I can waltz, how totally random is that?
6. I'm oddly feminist sometimes, as in I have trouble watching old movies where the guys call girls "dolls" as if they are nothing but a toy, or when a girl like Megan Fox comes along and degrades females to nothing but a sleazy, good for nothing, object for brainless guys to fall all over. Girls! You have far more going for you than good looks, be something!
7. I absolutely HATE my speaking voice. Singing-yes Talking-NOO! I've actually been asked if it was my real voice before, as if I just fake a voice all the time.
8. A lot of my post ideas come from the randomest places...don't believe me? THIS POST came from...wait for it...High School Musical 3. Yes random, but hey, it works for me.
9. I'm a Disney fan no matter what it is(well almost) Hannah Montanna, Jonas, Even Stevens, HSM, All the disney classics and pixar movies, etc. Awesome! hehe That'll probably get me in trouble.
10. I've read all the twilight books(except the fourth one. Stupid beyond comprehension) and saw the movie. The books were fun, but the movie was terrible. One of the worst movie adaption of books I've ever seen.
11. Most of my best friends are girls. The problem with this is that everyone assumes we're dating, when we hang out together. Don't get me wrong, I would love to have some guy friends to hang out with, but it seems like every guy I've ever run across is an idiot of one sort or another.
12. I hardly ever watch tv shows on tv, I just watch them when they're released on DVD. I'm a ratings guru's worst nightmare. Way to get my favorite shows canceled right? BTW I can't stand the fact that Pushing Daisies got canceled. Curse you television canceler people!!
13. I got yelled at by a construction worker yesterday.
14. I never understood the Jonas brothers hype until recently. *ducks in cover*
15. If I could live anywhere I'd live in England.
16. HABIT: I fix my hair a lot(or so they tell me)
17. Goal: I'd like to be famous. Not in a vein way, but so that I could reach the whole world with some of my thoughts and such. People that are world famous and have a voice, I'm very jealous of.
18. I don't really care about getting featured on the ish sites and I usually don't even read all the comments my ish featured posts get, but I can't stop myself from submitting them anyway. It's like an addiction for me. I guess I just want to see if it's good enough.
19. I've just recently come to the realization that the world views people as the skin, bones, and hair we see walking around each day, instead of the soul, mind, and spirit inside. That is what a person really is.
20. My life has more drama than a soap opera. It's embarrassing sometimes. They could literally make a tv show out of my life.
21. I don't usually cry during tv and movies, but recently a particular show has made me cry on several occasions. What's gotten into me? What show was it? I'll never tell.
22. I'm very suspicious of people. If as many things are going on inside of me, the joy, pain, confusion, stress, etc. Than even though people pretend to have it all together on the outside, I tend to think they really don't.
23. I love Live stuff. Concerts, plays, orchestras, I'm there. The only thing I would never go see is a ballet. No interest at ALL.
24. I'm actually not a very habit oriented person. I will go to the same destination three different ways on three different trips when I'm driving. I love being spontaneous and can't stand people who are locked into habits.
25. I have big dreams for my life, sometimes I think they're too big and I'll be disappointed, but I can't help myself. I'm a dreamer.

@SWEETteaANDgingerSNAPS - Haha I knew you would be. I'll have to remind you to tell me the special name sometime.
@Simbathe2nd - Lol ha you won't ever know it its a secret.

24. is cool, 20. surprised me a bit, 13. makes me wonder what you did lol and 3. is hilarious!
haha but your hair's very short, so how do you fix it?
You sound like a lot of fun. Don't ever stop dreaming, the bigger the dreams the better.
You would like my Disney collections. lol really I have a lot of Disney things. Disney is a big part of my obsessions.
You do fix your hair all the time.If it makes you feel better most of my life all I have had is guy friends..so i know the feeling.
You dislike Megan Fox? Let's be best friends.
@Manstration - Most definitly *high five*
2. Me too! Woot go us!!
7. Again Im with you, well not so much my speaking voice, when I talk I think I sound fine, but when I hear myself recorded... gah...
9. Im a big fan of most things disney.
10. Read them all, liked them the first time round, couldn't get through the first one the second time. The movie was bad, but still, Im a little excited about New moon.
11. You know what I think...
12. OH OH OH I found the fourth season of Supernatural today. I didnt buy it but I will soon! So excited!!
16 A certain amount of vanity is a good thing, as long as it isnt hand in hand with shallowness.
25. Me too...
1. People misjudge me often, too, & in pretty much the same ways you mentioned haha.
2. I sing, too :) I've sung solos in public but not in competition-type settings.
5. That is awesome! I wish I knew more than the electric slide lol.
9. Wow, that took guts to admit! My husband is sometimes more into chick flicks than I am & definitely cried when we watched Beauty and the Beast a while back :)
11. Most of my best friends used to be guys, so I hear ya. I actually just wrote a post on it recently.
12. What shows have you watched on DVD?
14. Again, major guts.
15. Why England? I must know! Of all the places, I've never wanted to go there.
17. Any particular subjects for which you wish to have more of a voice or just in general?
19. Sad, isn't it?
20. I've had my soap opera experiences, but wow!--to say your "life has more drama than a soap opera"... makes me wonder how that's possible!
21. I never cried at any tv or movies... until I got married... not sure how they're connected exactly but so it is :)
22. I'm the same way. I often think about a lot more than someone's surface-level persona because I know there's always way more going on inside of them.
23. Fun! Me, too :)
25. Good! Never stop dreaming big. You won't miss out on as much as many people do because they don't dream big!
@webofsimplicity - What shows have I watched? It's difficult to remember them all. Pushing Daisies is Awesome! I sometimes watch seventh Heaven, but mostly with my family. Supernatural is awesome. Any suggestions?
England is my dream environment. It's rich in history and monuments, the climate is cool and rainy(I Love being outside in rain!), and it's fast paced, which is exactly how I like it.
Mostly just voice in general, but I'd really like to be able to relate to people where they are, and help them with what they're going through, whatever it might be.
LOL ~ I enjoyed pushing daisies tooooooo.
@Simbathe2nd - Never heard of Pushing Daisies, will have to check it out. I used to LOVE 7th Heaven but not so much anymore. I have a friend who's obsessed with Supernatural, but not really my type. Suggestions? Hmmm... we just bought Season 1 of Monk, we really like it a lot. We're obsessed with The Office, but we can watch that on Netflix & Hulu.
Ya, I guess I can see the England thing if you're into that--only for the history and "cultural" aspect would I ever go... climate ick, and fast paced even more ick lol
I get ya, that's a cool aspiration.
I liked reading all these. #24 is pretty cool.
Don't hate on the ballet.
At least Megan Fox had some parts in the second Transformers that required a brain, rather than her just being eye candy. I don't dislike her, I dislike the image that you mentioned. The reason I don't peg my dislike on her is simply because if she hadn't taken the role, someone else would have. Either way, the image portrayed would have been the same.
I feel you on number 11. That's pretty much where I am.
~J-Duff
As for #17- you ARE famous here in the xanga world : )
And ballets not that bad- someday you ought to go see one (of course, I have to say that since my 17 year old devotes all her spare moments to ballet/dance)
I'm totally betting that the TV which made you cry was Hannah Montana.
I also would rather watch TV on DVD than television. No commercials and if I miss something I can just rewind it, and it fits into my schedule better.
Dude, you seriously need some better television material. I watched Jonas one time and could feel the brain cells being destroyed as each second passed. Same with most Disney channel shows, though the old ones like Even Stevens and Kim Possible were decent.
I can suggest some shows if you want.
13 - Whistled at, yelled at. Is there really a difference?
jk
@BebstersBlog2 - Shoot, but I've probably either seen it or heard of it already. As I mentioned, I'm a little obsessed with tv shows at the moment.
I love my speaking voice. I haaate my singing voice. But my boyfriend says he loves my singing voice. And there are a few others who say that I have a nice singing voice. But I don't know.
LOL. Ranting!
Ohhh Waltz. :)
